Mission

To enhance the lives of those affected by Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) through improving access to resources, FND specific literature, engage in FND advocacy and increase access to specialized Occupational Therapy treatment.

Vision

To help build a future where every individual with FND experiences holistic and personalized treatment anchored in evidenced based care. RewireOT aspires to be a leading resource and provider of specialized Occupational Therapy care for those with FND and various co-morbidities.

Jason Kreuzman MOT, OTR/L

Occupational therapist & Founder of RewireOT

Jason is a pediatrics Occupational Therapist out of St. Louis, Missouri that specializes in the treatment of pediatric Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), chronic pain, and various mental health diagnosis.

He graduated with a masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 2011. Jason began treating FND early in his career through his engagement in chronic pain programs at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and initiating pain programs at Dallas Children's hospital. While collaborating with fellow therapists to create resources and programming, Jason gained an appreciation and fascination with the diagnosis of FND. Since, he has collaborated on FND resource creation, program/process improvement and advocacy for the role Occupational Therapy plays in multi-disciplinary client care at an institution and international level.

Jason is currently the co-chair of the FND Society Pediatric Committee, focusing on community awareness and education, and Founding Member of the FND Society. He started the multi-disciplinary FND committee at St. Louis Children's Hospital with the goal to improve pediatric patient care. He has lectured on "The role of OT in pediatric FND care" at the 2024 FND Society International Conference and various FND Society educational series including: FND-Putting Principles into Practice and FND-Rehab 101.

Jason began RewireOT in 2025 with the hope to progress FND awareness and care beginning with a website to house FND resources that are helpful for clients and healthcare providers alike, irregardless of where they are in your FND journey. Welcome to RewireOT.
